Description:
We are an independent smokehouse and BBQ Restaurant in Bishop’s Stortford also offering street food from our food trailer and stand. Our meats are slow-cooked in original wood smokers for up to 12 hours and we can now bring these authentic flavours to your local area or event.
Our menus range from a casual 'grab and go' street food type basket to a rustic barbecue tray and a smokehouse tray filled with a selection of our smoked premium meats. We also offer vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free options as well as kids' meals.
We love what we do and it shows in our food and service. With a five-star hygiene rating, excellent reviews from our local community, and staff trained to at least L2 in Food Hygiene and allergens - you can be assured of a great event should you choose SBK 'On the Go'!
