MENU

We pride ourselves in the variety of foods we can offer you from a range of different styles of stalls and mobile trailers from general purpose (burgers & hotdogs) to roast pork rolls and Belgian waffles, freshly made sweet and savoury crepes, German sausage and our Tropical slush stand and new for 2022 are fudge float and our 1960 Bedford churros van. If you would like us to provide something that is not on our menu, we can always discuss this matter with you,

Our company have attended many events throughout the UK from small school fetes to 3 day music festivals in attendance of 100,000 people or more. Our aim is to provide you the organiser with the safest, cleanest, professional mobile catering services to offer in the UK.

We also provide static 24 hour catering for building sites selling everything from full English breakfasts sandwiches and salads. We can be onsite and operating in less then 2  hours depending on distance of travel.

Health & Safety 'Comes first' Safety always comes first here so all of our units are kept to the highest standard and are inspected regularly by our district council which is Basildon. They check we are up to date with temperature records and all hygiene issues. All of our staff are fully trained by NCASS and all hold NCASS hygiene certificates 2&3 and our managers all have a diploma in health and hygiene courses. 

We have public liability insurance for up to ten million pounds. All health and safety documents for trading are kept up to date for all events. All of our gas appliances are all corgi gas tested and all hold certified paperwork along with all our electrical items being p.a.t  tested.

Our generators are all silent diesel running and are very quiet but if electric is on site or there are generators on site we can use that supply instead but running our own generators isn't a problem.

All generators hold current electrical test certificates and are all inspected each year.

We carry our own fresh water tanks onboard our vehicles and we can supply you with tables & chairs or food courts which consist of fencing between each trailer, flowers and trees. Designated seating areas  provide a great feel for all events as customers get to enjoy their surroundings whilst enjoying our food. our own litter bins for our units are provided and skips can also be put behind the trailers for commercial waste at an extra cost & we make sure all our litter is in correct skips before we leave site.

If attendance is really high and we feel we need some security  then we can fence off our units with Harris fencing  for extra safety and hygiene.

 UNIFORM

Our staff wear matching uniforms which include either brown or white shirt with a cream or green tie and brown hats or hair nets to look very clean and smart at all times during the event or times of opening.

All of our staff are personally trained so we guarantee good food and a fast service.

TRANSPORT

All of our vehicles are white or cream  and so are the trailers to look very smart and clean whilst arriving on site, all are tested and kept to a high standard of cleanliness on the road and re-painted every 18 months to keep the look we like.
