Description:
The annual light switch-on and Christmas street market takes place again on Saturday 28th November on and around the old market square in Worksop, Notts.
A popular annual event, that attracts around 2500+ people throughout the day, we're looking for Christmas traders who would like to take a stall/pitch on the market, ideally selling Christmas themed items, gifts and stocking filler items. We already have a number of hot food vendors attending and so do not require burger vans - sorry! Stalls/pitches are reasonably priced from just £35. Full is PLI required to book with payment at time of booking to secure the stall.
Market runs from 12.00 - 6.30pm with the light switch-on at 6pm. A professional Take That tribute band will play on the main stage until 6.30pm with community acts on stage throughout the afternoon.
Free street entertainment, a children's Santa's grotto, free children's trail and fun on stage adds to the day's activities. Please note, all spaces are outside.
