Description:

Woolmer Green Village day is held every year in the grounds of the Woolmer Green Village Hall and is put on by the Parish Council for the enjoyment of the village and surrounding areas. The date this year is Sunday 7th June 2026. 12pm - 4pm.  Woolmer Green Village Hall and Grounds, Hall Lane, Woolmer Green, SG3 6XA.  

Set up is from 9.30am. A representative of the Parish Council will advise you on the day to where to set up. We normally have a footfall of around 1500-2000 people throughout the day. We are looking for stall holders for the day. We already have food and drink catering covered along with an ice cream van, fair ground attractions, bouncy castles etc so do not require these services.  We are looking for other types of stalls such as children's toys and games, arts and crafts, pocket money item stalls, sweets and savouries etc.  We try not to duplicate on stalls to give vendors a chance to be unique in their selling.    

It is mainly an outdoor event, however there are a limited number of pitches available inside the hall. Pitches are £20. There is no electricity available on the field.  A pitch is classed as a 3m x 3m gazebo area, you will need to supply your own table and gazebo. Please contact the Clerk for fees on bigger pitches.
