Description:
Watford Mencap have been hosting this charity Fun Run event for 25+ years.
Held on Bank Holiday Monday 4 May 2026, the event takes place in Cassiobury Park, Watford.
Runners of all abilities can choose from a chip-timed 10k or 5k, or a 1k Fun Run.
Designed to be accessible and inclusive, the event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and is particularly suitable for people who have disabilities or additional needs.
This is a well-loved community event that raises vital funds for local people with learning disabilities.
This year's event takes place on May 4th (Star Wars Day!) and we're inviting runners to dress up appropriately.
We're particularly looking for a hot drinks operator to complement our existing ice cream operator and charity stalls.
