Description:
Raising money for a mini bus for the residents at Yew Tree.
Stallholder Terms & Conditions:
- Each stallholder is permitted one standard gazebo (3m x 3m) per pitch.
- You must provide your own gazebo and tables.
- Stallholders are responsible for safeguarding their own stock, equipment, and belongings.
- No access to electricity or water is available at the stalls.
- Vehicles are not permitted at the stall area. Parking is available nearby with a short walking distance to the garden.
- All waste and rubbish must be cleared by the stallholder at the end of the event.
- Set-up time begins at 9:30 AM on the day of the event.
- The event runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- You are only permitted to sell items listed on your booking form. Trading in other products is not allowed under any circumstances.
Please note: this is an outdoor event - be prepared for all weather conditions.
