Description:
The annual Harwell Feast takes place on the village recreation ground on the late May bank holiday every year.
In 2023 there were over 4,000 visitors to the event. There is a craft marquee with table and chairs provided. Outside spaces are suitable for a 3m x 3m gazebo.
The event starts with a procession of floats through the village and attractions include Viking living-history group, a dog show, steam engines, fairground, climbing wall, birds of prey, food vendors inclusing the local Scout group cream tea tend, hospital radio and live music, classic cars, and more.
Surplus funds are distributed among village based organisations and individuals.
