Date of event: 18th October 2025. Location: 105A Clarendon Park Road, Leicester LE2 3AH ·Event Times - 10am - 4pm. Setup starts: 8am. The hall is packed up by 5pm.ÂThis is an indoor only event. All stalls will be charged a £15 fee. Tables can be provided but are limited. You are free to bring a table but I would need to know the dimensions to allow for enough space in the hall for access around the event. The payment is non refundable unless the event is cancelled. The church has wifi so contactless payments and card readers are welcome and encouraged. The church will also be running a café where the proceeds are helping a local food bank so there will be lots of good causes. No reselling of mass produced items allowed. If something small is outsourced on your stall please specify. For example - I outsource a lucky dip for fun alongside items I have created. Stalls will be varied with the majority based on crafting and supporting local artists, I will open this up depending on the number of applicants so all applications will be considered for all kind of products. I will attempt to keep duplicate stalls at a minimum based on availability and products being sold. No stall is guaranteed until payment has been made. Payments would need to be made via bank transfer and ASAP after acceptance.  This is to cover costs of running the event and a donation to the church itself. This is the first time I will be running the event so please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to make this a good day for everybody. Please let me know if you have any questions, queries or comments. - my email is [email protected].
