Staines Preparatory School Summer Fair – Stallholder Invitation

The Friends of Staines Prep warmly invite local makers, small businesses and independent traders to be part of our Summer Fair.

Saturday 4th July. 11:00am – 2:30pm. Staines Preparatory School.

We’re expecting a fantastic turnout of families from the school and wider local community, making this a brilliant opportunity to showcase and sell your products in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

What Visitors Can Expect Stall

Our Summer Fair will be packed with attractions and activities for all ages, including:

Meet the ponies
Fairground rides and games
Live performances and entertainment
BBQ
Ice creams and refreshments
Raffle and prizes
Plenty of family activities throughout the day

Stallholder Opportunities

We are currently welcoming applications from:

Handmade craft businesses
Gifts and accessories
Local makers and creators
Children’s products
Artisan goods
Boutique and lifestyle stalls
Independent retailers and small businesses

Please note: We are not accepting food or drink stalls, as all catering and refreshments will be provided directly by the PTA.

Stall Fee: £25
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
