Description:

We are now inviting applications for the St Helen & St Katharine Christmas Fair 2026, taking place on:

Saturday 28th November 2026. 10:30am – 1:30pm. St Helen & St Katharine School, Abingdon.

This is a well-established and popular festive event attracting families, parents and the wider local community, with a strong focus on high-quality independent businesses and artisan makers.

We are looking for a carefully curated mix of:

Artisan food & drink
Homeware & gifts
Jewellery & accessories
Clothing & lifestyle brands
Children’s gifts & family products
Christmas decorations & seasonal goods

The fair is held indoors within the school and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both stallholders and visitors, great WIFI, help with set-up, breakfast and coffee provided for stallholders.

Stall fees:

£40 single table
£80 double table

Power access available on request.

As part of the event, stallholders are kindly asked to donate a raffle prize to support the school’s fundraising efforts and this year’s chosen charity - Long Covid Kids.
