We're excited to announce that applications are now open for the Sawtry Carnival Christmas Fayre!
We have a limited number of indoor and external pitches available, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Indoor Stalls
- 6ft table provided
- Ideal for gifts, crafts and festive products
External Pitches
- 3m x 3m space
- Suitable for gazebo set-ups
We're looking for a great mix of quality Christmas-themed traders, including:
- Christmas gifts
- Handmade crafts and artisan products
- Christmas decorations and festive homeware
- Candles and seasonal treats
- Cheeses and deli products
- Butchers and meat products
- Pork pies and savoury treats
- Wines, beers and festive drinks
- Gins, spirits and liqueurs
- Chutneys, preserves and sauces
- Chocolates, sweets and confectionery
Please note: we are not looking for hot food vendors or mobile catering units for this event as this is already in place.
The Sawtry Carnival Christmas Fayre is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to local shoppers looking for unique Christmas gifts and festive treats.
Stalls are limited, vendor duplications are avoided as much as able.
