Description:
Now in its 6th year the annual Rochdale Classic Car and Bike show is on Sunday 20th July 2025 from 10:00am til 4:00pm.
The show is held at Falinge Park just a short walk from Rochdale town centre. This event is organised by the Rotary Club of Rochdale and all profits will go to the President’s charities.
Stalls are available at the show and non food and drink stalls can be registered online.
** Important information for food and drink stallholders**
Bookings for food and drink stalls can not be registered online. if you wish to enquire about a food or drink stall please email us at the email on the website or in this listing and we will contact you to advise if we can accept your booking or not.
Please note there will be an extra charge for food or drink stalls and we reserve the right to cancel any food or drink stalls that are booked online without emailing us first.
If you are unsure if your stall will be permitted please contact us to check before registering.
We accept multiple bookings for the same kind of stall so cannot guarantee that you will be the only stall selling your kind of products.
The positioning of your stall will be decided by the organisers and their decision will be final. However, you will not be adjacent to a stall selling similar goods or services as yourselves.
It is important theerfore that you describe the goods/services your stall will be selling as accurately as possible when registering.
The cost of a stall pitch is £30.00. Stallholders can register for a maximum of 2 pitches. One single pitch allows for a 3m x 3m gazebo and you can reserve one or two pitches.
You will be able to unload your vehicle close to your stall pitch then a steward will advise where you can park your vehicle.
This is an outdoor event and no equipment for your stall will be provided. It is the stallholders responsibility to provide everything they need for their stall e.g. table, chair, gazebo.
If you require a larger area or want to check your food or drink stall is permitted please contact us first.
We can only accept stall holders that have valid public liability insurance.
