Set out your stall at the 2024 Maidenhead Festival. We’re looking for charities, sports clubs, businesses and community groups to come and be part of this year’s festival.
Maidenhead Festival 2024 - the event of the year that promises to make your summer unforgettable! Join us on the 20th and 21st of July in the heart of Kidwells Park for two days of pure, unadulterated fun and excitement with live music, a beach, fun fair, street food and market area. We are seeking applications for non-food stalls from large and small businesses, sports, community and social groups, clubs, societies, schools and churches (please note we do not accept stall bookings from political parties, or groups with a political agenda). Whether you’d like to raise funds, recruit new members, or just show the town what you do – we’d love for you to join us.
Commercial Businesses:
- Single pitches of 3m x 3m at a cost of £75 for both day
- Doubles pitches (3m x 6m) at a cost of £120 for both days.
Registered Charity/Community Group:
- Single pitches of 3m x 3m at a cost of £50 for both days or £35 for one day
- Doubles pitches of (3m x 6m) at a cost of £80 for two days and £50 for one day
Operating hours are 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sunday. Your stall will only be confirmed once your payment has been received and cleared in the Festival bank account.
Please note: we are trying to make each stall unique to offer festival visitors variety and so that our stall holders get the most out of the weekend. Therefore, if we have already received a stall booking from someone offering the same service we will contact you to let you know and give you a full refund.
