Description:
Luton Interntional Carnival 2024 will be taking place on Monday 27 May 2024, this year. The event has evolved from its traditional Luton Carnival roots to an all inclusive Carnival family experience (To accommodate the BBC Big Weekend).
The Carnival traditionally takes place on the second Bank Holiday Sunday in May annually.
The event consists of a Carnival Costume Parade accompanied by Steel Pan and different communities in traditional cultural dress, through Luton Town Centre and the HAT District.
There are also street entertainers, a static Steel Band & acoustic outside the Town Hall and a Health & Wellbeing Zone behind the Central Library.
Stalls and Food concessions are located within St. George's Square and in the HAT District.
