Call for Stall Holders – School Summer Fair 2026.
We are currently inviting stall holders and small independent businesses to take part in our much-loved annual School Summer Fair, taking place on:
Sunday 7th June 2026
Event time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Setup: Must be completed by 10:45 AM
This is a vibrant family fun fair with an expected attendance of around 600 people or more, including many parents and children. The event will feature rides, games, entertainment, and plenty of attractions for the whole family, alongside a marketplace area for stall holders.
We are looking for kid-friendly, family-friendly and parent-friendly stalls, such as:
• Toys and children’s items
• Crafts and handmade goods
• Sweets, treats, and baked goods
• Gifts, accessories, and small independent brands
• Activities or products aimed at children and families
It’s a wonderful opportunity for local makers, small businesses, and independent traders to showcase and sell their products to a lively community audience. Stall holder information:
• Traders must be self-sufficient (please bring your own gazebo if needed).
• Electricity is not available.
• Tables and chairs can be provided if requested.
If you are interested in participating, please get in touch with the following details:
• Your business name and what you sell
• Availability for the event date
• Your pricing structure (pitch fee, flat rate hire, or revenue share if applicable)
• Space requirements
• Any setup needs (e.g. table/chairs)
