Date – July 12th 2025.
Location – Linchfield Primary School, Crowson Way, Deeping St James, PE6 8EY
Times – Setup from 10am, gates open 1300-1600 (may extend if we secure more events)
Cost – 10% takings donated to our charity.
Utilities – No power or water available on site, will need to be provide from yourself.
Event details
The PTA group for Linchfield School (Friends of Linchfield School [FLS], registered charity number 1021315) are running a Summer Fayre for the general public, with displays/performers from the local groups through the afternoon. The purpose of the event is to raise money for the children to repair their Audio/Visual equipment for their stage/drama area, and to allow them to improve the play equipment on the playground. With activity stalls around the field, events taking place in the display area from the local children, as well as local attraction coming to the school such as classic cars, the local fire engine and more, supported by fantastic food/drinks vendors, the event should see a significant footfall through the day. Toilets will be available on site, and first aid cover is being supplied, ensuring the day runs safely.
