Are you a local crafter, artisan, or maker looking for the perfect venue to showcase your creations this holiday season?
We are welcoming stallholders for our annual Christmas Fayre at St Michael’s Parish Church, Witney Lane, OX29 9PH on Saturday, 28th November, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Step into the festive spirit this holiday season at the Leafield Christmas Fayre! Nestled in the heart of
our charming village, this beloved event promises a delightful day filled with local craftsmanship.
The Fayre is set inside our historic church, this busy community event attracts visitors from across the area looking for unique, handmade items, festive decorations, delicious treats, and Christmas gifts. With festive music, a cozy café, a raffle, and a visit from Santa, it is a wonderful atmosphere to share your craft and boost your seasonal sales.Our friendly and welcoming community values local businesses and handmade goods.
The atmosphere inside our Grade 2 listed Victorian church is a great way to start to the Christmas season. We have an average of two hundred plus visitors of all ages attending this family event to buy Christmas presents. Tables are arranged across the pews and craft and gift commercial stalls rub shoulders with local stalls selling cakes, plants and donated new and pre-loved gifts and toys.

- Unique pottery, gifts & artwork
The Fayre is promoted through social media, as well as mentions in the local Round and About magazine, posters and road boards in the run-up to the big day.
How to Apply: Spaces are limited, so do get in touch early to reserve your table and the deadline for booking is Friday 20th November. Stalls cost £25. For more information and to book your stall please email.
