Dear [Name/Business Name],
My name is Lottie Kerrigan, and I am organising a Charity Family Fun Day and football match on Friday 22nd August at Westlands FC in Yeovil, raising funds for Brain Tumour Research.
This event is particularly close to my heart, as my 24-year-old brother was diagnosed with a brain tumour in January. Since then, he has undergone a 7-hour operation, followed by 6 weeks of radiotherapy, and will soon begin a year-long course of chemotherapy. Although his condition is incurable, treatment is helping to manage it.
To support this important cause, we are bringing the local community together for a fantastic day of fundraising and entertainment. The event will feature:
- A charity football match involving over 30 local participants
- Live music and DJs
- A raffle and auction
- Food and refreshments
- Family activities and entertainment
- A variety of local stalls and businesses
We are currently inviting local businesses, crafters, traders, food vendors, and community groups to join us as stall holders for the day.
We would love to invite your business to be part of the event with a food stall/trading stall. In return, we would be delighted to promote your business across our social media platforms, event materials, and throughout the event itself in recognition of your support.
We expect the event to attract a strong local turnout and hope it will be a brilliant day for the community while raising as much money as possible for a cause that means so much to us.
