Good morning / afternoon, Thank you for enquiring to have a stall at our School Summer Fayre. Some useful information: Location: Heathrow Primary School, Harmondsworth Lane, UB7 4JQ Date: Saturday 5th July 2025 Time: 12.00pm-3.00pm.
Set up: from 9am - after this we will direct any cars to the car park. All cars must be clear of the fayre area by 11am. Charge: £30.00 for non food stalls. We do not allow stalls to sell drinks, sweets, crisps, bbq or chips. Payment is due on the day. We will provide table and chairs You are welcome to bring your own gazebo (but please let us know in advance).
This is an outdoor event We ask you to confirm at the point of booking your attendance and what you are selling (to ensure we don’t duplicate stalls giving everyone a fair chance to make money) I will email you nearer the time with further details and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have.
