Thank you for enquiring to have a stall at our School Summer fair.
Some useful information: Location: Heathrow Primary School, Harmondsworth Lane, UB7 4JQ.
Date: Saturday 4th July 2026 Time: 12.00pm-3.00pm.
Set up: from 9am - after this we will direct any cars to the car park. All cars must be clear of the fair area by 11am.
Charge: £30.00 for non food stalls.
Please send an enquiry for food stalls.
We will provide table and chairs You are welcome to bring your own gazebo (but please let us know in advance).
This is an outdoor event.
We ask you to confirm at the point of booking your attendance and what you are selling (we aim to reduce duplication of stalls giving everyone a fair chance to make money) I will email you nearer the time with further details and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have.
