Description:
We are putting on a wonderful event called the Lion’s Picnic in Winchester Rugby Grounds on the 26th May. This event will have a variety of entertainment to draw in the public and will be a great day out for families. This event was held last year and saw around 500 people attend the free family day out, this year we have doubled the space and ambition for attendance and expect to see 1000 people attend.
Event Details The event will run from 10am-4pm. Stall holders will be able to set up from 9am. Stall space will be £20 plus a donated raffle prize, and include an outdoor space of 3x3m – you can book more than one space if needed. You will need to provide your own table, chair and gazebo.
Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL COMPLETED BOOKING FORM, PAYMENT AND VALID PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
