SPACE AVAILABLE FOR FOOD AND NON-FOOD STALLS.
Fleckney Festival are organising once again the Fleckney Food & Drink Fayre - over the weekend of Friday 31st and Sunday 2nd June 2024 - at Fleckney Sports Centre. Featuring International Cuisines, Local Produce and Traders, Street Food, Sweet Treats, Drink, Bar Marquee and Live Music! They are in need of any food and drink related traders be it produce, gift related or something that is associated with food or drink, but also there is some space for non food stall holders that feel they would fit in. This is an outdoor event on grass.
NON-Catering:
Friday 5pm till 10pm (optional), Saturday 11am till 10pm and Sunday 11am till 5pm
Stalls cost £80 for the entire weekend,Pitch size is roughly 4mx4m. Tables and Gazebos are NOT provided and stalls will be on grass. You MUST use a gazebo and cannot just have a table with no cover. One vehicle per pitch can be parked directly behind.
CATERING:
Friday 5pm till 10pm, Saturday 11am till 10pm and Sunday 11am till 5pm
Catering Pitch Fee is £250 per stall/unit.
