Description:

Eton Town Council is delighted to invite stallholders to take part in a major community celebration taking place on Monday, 4th May 2026 in Eton, Berkshire. This event marks the historic act that secured Lammas Land for the people of Eton and Eton Wick.   

This milestone will be commemorated with a community event at the opening of the newly refurbished Eton Pavilion. The day will bring together residents, local organisations, schools, and visitors to honour our shared heritage. We are expecting strong attendance from residents, families, schools, and visitors, with a full programme including historical exhibitions, live performances, children’s activities, and refreshments.     

The fees are as follows:

• Commercial pitch: £35
• Charity pitch: £15
• Food/drink pitch: £80   

Pitches are 3m x 3m. Food/drink stalls are allocated a pitch space according to vehicle/set-up size. You will be required to provide your own gazebo, table and chairs. On-site parking will be available for stallholders.

We particularly welcome stalls offering interactive activities, crafts, local produce, or community information. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your stall wares, while being part of an important moment in Eton’s history. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
