Description:

Craft fair, at Rolleston Club, Rolleston on Dove DE13 9DN with all proceeds going to the charity SSAFFA. Table set up at 9am, for doors open 10am. Closes 3pm.

This is the 3rd similar event over the past two years, and earlier events have been quite popular.

We have managed to hold the price at £12 per table.

Notes:

This event is in a social club setting, and in the main, will be using tables provided by the club. There are plenty of comfortable chairs available.

The organisers will be hosting a raffle and tombola for Charity, so please no crafter raffles or tombolas.

Once offloaded, please move crafter's cars to the car park at the rear of the club, to allow easier customer access.

There is a sit in/takeaway cafe operating in the club in the morning, for refreshments, with the bar being open in the afternoon. There is a Co-Op 150 yards down the road for alternative options.

Mobile phone cover is patchy, depending on network, although usually wifi is available (not always guaranteed though).

Power socket availability is limited, and cannot be guaranteed. Please assume no power socket availability.

Due to previous non arrivals, payment is strictly in advance only, as it's not fair on crafters on the waiting list when spaces are taken by those that do not turn up.
