Saturday 31st August 2024.
12 noon to 4pm
A fun afternoon for all the family! Horticulture and Crafts marquee, children's races, archery, fun dog show, donkey rides, have-a-go tennis, children's inflatables, tea tent, skittles, bar with band, fun dog scurry and lots more...
We're looking for interesting stalls for our next Fayre so if you fit the bill please do get in contact. We try not to duplicate traders to ensure everyone gets a fair share of the income, but please don't let that put you off getting in contact with us.
Pitches
3m x 3m
A standard 3m x 3m pitch costs £30 but you can have any size you like, just get in contact for a price!
Catering
We already have a crepe van, BBQ and ice cream van, but if you'd like to have a catering stand please get in contact as soon as you are able. The cost of pitches is £50 but don't delay with your enquiry as we don't duplicate vendors!
Setup
The showfield is open to traders from 8am and all vehicles must be in place by 11am if they are to accompany your stand.
You will need to supply all necessary equipment (tables, chairs, generator, gazebo, etc) for your stall.
