Description:

I am running a craft / table top sale in Clarendon Park - 105A Clarendon Park Rd, Leicester LE2 3AH  - again this year - with 3 dates in the works. 

  • Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday) - 1pm - 6pm
  • Saturday 24th October - 1pm - 5pm 
  • Saturday 28th November - 1pm - 5pm 

Setup starts an hour previous to this and hall will be packed up within an hour of event ending. This is an indoor only event.  All stalls will be charged a £20 fee - any additional donations to the event are welcome

Table size 1:  177CM X 70CM - 5.8FT X 2.2FT - APPROX DIMENSIONS

Table Size 2: 108cm x 60cm - 3.5FT X 1.9FT - APPROX DIMENSIONS T

ables can be provided but are limited. You are free to bring a table but I would need to know the dimensions to allow for enough space in the hall for access around the event. I will not be allocating tables to individuals this time as I found this created more problems than solutions so it will be first come first serve on the day. 

In the church there is a kitchen space where there will be space for a food vendor - £20 fee applies.  The payment is none refundable unless the event is cancelled. 

The church has wifi so contactless payments and card readers are welcome and encouraged.  Please fill out this form to apply for a stall at our upcoming event. Provide as much detail as possible to help us process your application. No reselling of mass produced items allowed. if something small is outsourced on your stall please specify. For example - I outsource a lucky dip for fun alongside items I have created.

Stalls will be varied with the majority based on crafting and supporting local artists, I will open this up depending on the number of applicants so all applications will be considered for all kind of products. I will attempt to keep duplicate stalls at a minimum based on availability and products being sold. No stall is guaranteed until payment has been made. Payments would need to be made via bank transfer and ASAP after acceptance.  This is to cover costs of running the event and a donation to the church itself.
