Description:

Hi there, We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Christmas in the Park event at Eltham Park South, and we are currently looking for a variety of independent traders, makers, food stalls, and festive sellers to join us. This will be a family-friendly community event with seasonal activities, entertainment, and a strong local turnout - a great opportunity to showcase your business and be part of a lovely festive atmosphere.

Location: Eltham Park South

Date: 6th and 7th December 2025

Time: (12noon to 7pm )

Set-Up: From 11am

Important Information for Vendors

• No electricity will be provided – please ensure you can operate without power.

• Once you enter and set up at the event, you will not be able to leave until the event has finished.

• We will try to allow vehicles to remain on-site, but if the ground is too soft, you will need to park off-site.

• If you sell out, you must still remain until the event is finished.

• All traders must have valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1 million).
