Description:

The PCC of St Thomas' Church intend holding a two day event - a Christmas Gift Fayre from 11am to 4 pm on Saturday, 28th November and from 11 am to 3pm on Sunday 29th November.

This event is in aid of raising funds for major roof repairs to our beautiful ancient Church and Bell Tower.

For this, we are seeking local, small businesses, independent sellers and crafters to make up the stallholders to join us at our very first Christmas Gift Fayre, helping us create a special festive event for our village and surrounding local community.

We hope to have stall holders providing a variety of good quality and unique products to be on sale for this event e.g.

Jewellery

Children’s gifts

Christmas decorations/seasonal goods

Arts & Crafts

Artisan food & drink

Homeware gifts

Knitwear & clothing

Stall prices are £9.00 for one day per stall or £15.00 for the two days per stall. (8 ft x 2ft boards across church pews are provided - some 6 ft tables may also be available in both the church and church room). As part of the event, stallholders are kindly asked to donate a raffle price to support the Church's fundraising efforts. Stall holder insurance will be required.

If you would like a stall please email us with a description of your products. Photographs or a link to your website or FB page would also be helpful. We look forward to receiving your applications.

Entry to the Fayre will be free for visitors and everyone is very welcome. The Fayre will be held indoors within our beautiful historic church with its welcoming atmosphere for both stallholders and visitors.

Tables may also be available in our Church Room across the village square - this is where refreshments will also be available. WIFI in the church is available but is limited as are the numher power points. Coffee & tea will be provided for Stall holders.
