Description:
Our Boldmere Summer Festival will take place on Sunday 23rd June 2024 from 1pm to 6pm.
Our festivals always attract around 10,000 people from across the West Midlands to celebrate in Boldmere Road which is closed to traffic and opened up to pedestrians. Our peak attendance at any one point in time is usually between 4-5,000.
The event is family oriented with a main music stage, street food, children's fairground rides, market stalls, craft stalls,face painting, community groups and fire service.
Pitches for hire include:
- 3m x 3m pitch £40
- 3m x 4.5m pitch £55
- 3m x 6m pitch £70
- 6ft Tables £7.50 each
- Add one of our gazebos for £20 (3mx3m), £30 (3mx4.5m) and £40 (3m x 6m)
- Street Food & Beverages £100 pitch fee + 10% of revenue
- Other food (confectionary, condiments, desserts) £40 pitch fee + 10% of revenue
- Fairground and other attractions 15% of revenue
Public Liability Insurance is required for all stall holders. Payment in advance is required.
