Berkshire AfroFest returns on Saturday, 9th August 2025 at Lower Way Grounds, Thatcham - and we’re looking for amazing stallholders to help bring this celebration to life! While food is the heart of any festival, the soul lies in our shared creativity, stories, and community. That’s why we’re especially keen to hear from those offering non-food stalls that showcase African and Afro-Caribbean culture, craft, and community spirit.
What we’re looking for:
Culture & Creativity: African art, crafts, fashion, jewellery, headwrap styling, hair & beauty
Soft treats - drinks, ice-cream or doughnuts
Expression & Wellness: Drumming workshops, dance, mindfulness, wellness therapies.
Community & Advocacy: Health checks, women’s / men’s health, sickle cell awareness, local changemakers.
Family Fun: Kids’ creative corners, photo booths with cultural backdrops.
