Ashfield Plant and Garden Fair – Sunday 17th May 2026. We are delighted to invite you to apply for a trading space at our annual Ashfield Plant and Garden Fair, taking place on Sunday 17th May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Market North Car park, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire (NG17 1BW).
Now firmly established as Ashfield's Primary Plant and Garden event, the fair showcases an exciting mix of exceptional producers, innovative plants, artisan businesses, and independent growers. The event continues to grow year on year, drawing enthusiastic visitors from across Nottinghamshire and beyond.

Pitch fees for 2026 are as follows:
- £20.50 per 3mtr x 3mtr Space
- Multiple spaces may be booked to suit your requirements
- Traders must supply there own stalls, display equipment, tables and trollies
Please note: All stalls must include a plant or garden‑related element.
