Description The South Holland Summer Celebration of Food and Culture, Castle Playing Field, Spalding, Lincolnshire. 14th and 15th August 2010, 10am – 4pm. A celebration of food and culture embracing tastes, sights and sounds from a host of nations. The best British produce together with specialities from Eastern Europe and across the world will be showcased with a great selection of award winning cheeses, chocolates, fudge, cakes, sausages, turkey, ice-cream, fish, beer and wines.
