Description The Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Builth Wells is held  by The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society. The Winter Fair has become well established over recent years. Indeed, many people are now prebooking their time off work so they can attend our event on the First Monday and Tuesday in December 2008.
