Description The Royal Welsh Smallholder and Garden Festival 2009, Builth Wells is to be staged by the RWAS on the Royal Welsh Showground in the picturesque heart of Mid Wales. A total of 23,318 visitors attended the 2008 Festival, confirming once again the popularity of the event as a major attraction in Wales.
