Stallfinder.com Announces Launch Partners

Posted on Monday, 12 May 2008 01:58PM by Shaun O'Brien
12th May 2008 - Four Launch Partners have been announced for Stallfinder.com, the UK's first one-stop shop for information on stallholders, events, fundraising and direct selling or party plan businesses. Barefoot Books, Captain Tortue, Miglio and Tish Tash Toys will promote Stallfinder.com to their nationwide sales forces, recognising the potential that Stallfinder.com has for helping them to grow their business in the UK.

"Our launch has gone better than we could have hoped" says Shaun O'Brien, co-founder of Stallfinder.com with wife Gail. "We have had some very positive feedback and enormous encouragement from all the individuals and organisations we've been promoting Stallfinder to. Our Launch Partners have been selected because their assistance, guidance and enthusiasm has been instrumental in getting us up and running so quickly." The four companies selected are among the UK's most dynamic and exciting direct sales companies, combining a passion for their products with a real appreciation of what it means to start your own business from home.

Within the first 8 weeks of going live, Stallfinder already has nearly 400 listings and events from right across the UK. This enables event organisers and the general public to find new and interesting stallholders with a vibrant range of products and services right on their doorstep. It also provides Stallfinder.com's stallholders with a wealth of selling opportunities local to them.

About Stallfinder.com
Stallfinder was born out of one Warwickshire mum's frustration at trying to organise fundraising events and find stallholders using insufficient, out-of-date and inaccurate information. Working from home or independently is a massive growth industry in the UK with thousands of people either working for themselves or representing any number of Direct Sales and Services Companies (DSOs). Yet until now there was no one single UK website or directory devoted to publicising these people and the products and services they provide on a national basis.

Stallfinder offers members the opportunity to promote themselves, their business and the products and services they provide, at minimal cost to a nationwide audience. In addition, Stallfinder actively promotes the site to their target audience e.g. charities, PTA members, event organisers, fundraisers, and potential customers. For charities and event organisers  Stallfinder provides fundraising ideas and information, access to a UK directory of stallholders plus the opportunity to promote events nationwide, all free of charge.
