Description:
Woolmer Green Village day is held every year in the grounds of the Woolmer Green Village Hall and is put on by the Parish Council for the enjoyment of the village and surrounding areas.
The date this year is Sunday 2nd June 2024.
12pm -4pm

Set up is from 9.30am. A representive of the Parish Councill will advise you on the day to where to set up.
We normaly have a footfall of around 1500-2000 people throughout the day.
We are looking for stall holders for the day.
We already have food and drink catering covered along with an ice cream van so do not need require these services.
We are looking for other types of stalls such as childrens toys and games, arts and crafts, fair ground attraction rides, pocket money item stalls etc.
We try not to duplicate on stalls to give vendors a chance to be unique in their selling.
It is mainly an outdoor event, however there are a limited number of pitches available inside the hall.
Pitches are £20 + a donation to the raffle.
A pitch is classed as a 3m x 3m gazebo area, you will need to supply your own table.
Please contact the Clerk for fees on bigger pitches/rides etc.

She will be able to answer any questions you may have and pass on the Parish Councils bank details to cover the pitch fee.
