Description:

The Staffordshire Wedding Show experienced an attendance increase of 133% last time around and by October 2024, we think the numbers will at least be back to pre-Covid levels.

Additional expertise and support has been brought into the business to help with marketing, social media creation and more. We anticipate launching a new inward-facing online product summer 2024. A combination of ideas and initiatives sets out to bring in couples at all stages of the wedding planning process.

As an independent show organiser, we're at liberty to present a line-up of mega #weddingvenues and we aren't restricted or influenced by things like preferred suppliers. We limit numbers in categories such as photography, florists, cakes and bridal. If you offer niche wedding services, you'll probably get exclusivity. 

It all adds up to a show with choice and variety and an event that is known to be friendly and fun. We don't underestimate the benefit of a great atmosphere which helps couples relax, increasing the chance that wedding planners will become wedding shoppers.

This is the 3rd instalment since our return following Covid and we're on course to present 60+ suppliers across three main rooms, the foyer and external suppliers. We've maintained the most popular stand fee at £200 for over 15 years now, even though our operational and promotional costs have doubled in that time. If you're looking for cheap and cheerful then we're not right for you. There are price concessions for regular customers and may be available to your company if you bring that certain something special or unique to proceedings.

We make 200 family tickets available FOC and this gives entry for TWO adults and under 16s with you. More than two adults? No problem - they pay just £3 cash each on arrival.

WHAT'S ON OFFER AND WHAT TO EXPECT

Our target line-up includes oodles of wedding dresses and a great offering of wedding services including DJs, menswear, flowers, scrumptious cakes, wedding cars, magician, musicians, singers, venue dressers, candy carts, popcorn & candy floss, wedding rings, jewellery, marquees, casinos, holidays/honeymoons/cruises, photographers, photo booth and more.

EXHIBITORS

Everything is geared up to ensure wedding planning is #MadeSimpleAndFun. As we're increasing exhibitor capacity to pre-Covid levels, there is some surprising availability in even the most popular of categories. It won't stay like that for long.
