Description:
A uniquely British event which provides a fabulous day out for all ages. Now a well established date in the local calendar having run for nearly 30 years.
Organised by a dedicated team of local volunteers to raise money for local and national good causes, the day includes the World Egg Throwing Championships which attracts entries from around the world and often makes the local news!
The event features over 400 vintage and classic vehicles including tractors, cars, motorbikes, stationary engines and other machines. It also offers a fun dog show, craft tents, bar (real ales) tea tent, children's activities and rides, hog roast and other refreshments with live music throughouth the afternoon.
We're looking for a varied array of traders to add to our regular attendees (no food or ice-cream thank you as we're covered for this) from clothing to crafts. If you are interested in having a pitch, we'd love to hear from you! Available on a percentage of takings or fixed fee per metre frontage. Please request a booking form.
