Description:
This year we are holding a Gala to commemorate D-Day. The event will be held in the afternoon with the setting up being done in the morning, the same day.
The event will include a marquee, stage and a children’s funfair (all of which are booked).
We would like to also add a few stalls which can range from those selling crafts to local charities running tombolas or other fund raising activities.
Stalls will only be provided with a pitch. Stall holders will have to bring their own gazebos, tables etc.
Stall holders will have to have their own public liability and will have to show documents to confirm this. We will also need a risk assessment from every stall holders.
Stall holders will be expected to pay in advance. Full refunds will be given if Gala is cancelled by organisers.

5m x 10m pitch = £60.00
