Description Arts & Crafts Fair Barnard Castle 09:30am - 4:30pm. Free admission. Free car parking in Town Centre. Barnard Castle is a market,residential and tourist town,recognised as one of the 51 most historically and architecturally important towns in Great Britain. Witham Hall,managed by a local trust is the main hall in the town,built in 1854 by public subscription.
